Service Logistics
Every walk starts with a leash-up and quick check-in at your door. From there, we head out on a route tailored to your dog's energy level and preferences — some pups love sniffing every bush on the block, others want to power-walk to the park. After the walk, you'll get a GPS route map, photos, and a potty report sent straight to your phone.
Pack walks are kept small — 3 to 4 dogs maximum. Dogs are matched by energy level and temperament so everyone has a good time. I never overload groups because safety and quality time matter more than squeezing in extra pups.
Pricing
Nope — what you see is what you pay. Prices listed are all-inclusive. There are no fuel surcharges, holiday markups, or hidden fees. If you have two dogs from the same household, the additional family dog rate applies to the second pup.
Scheduling
After our initial Meet and Greet, we'll set up a recurring schedule that works for you. Need to add an extra walk or shift a day? Just text or message me — I'm flexible and happy to accommodate changes when I can. I typically book walks between 7 AM and 6 PM, Monday through Friday.
Cancellation Policy
I ask for at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations. Life happens — I get it — but last-minute cancellations (less than 24 hours) are charged at the full walk rate. This helps me manage my schedule and ensures I can be reliable for all my clients. Emergencies are always handled on a case-by-case basis.
Safety
Safety is non-negotiable. I'm pet first aid and CPR certified, I carry a basic first aid kit on every walk, and I always have fresh water available. Dogs are never off-leash unless we're at a designated off-leash area with your explicit permission. I also check weather conditions before heading out — if it's too hot, too icy, or conditions are unsafe, I'll adjust the route or reschedule.
Yes — I carry full liability insurance and am bonded for your peace of mind. I’m happy to provide documentation if you’d like to see it. Your dog’s safety and your trust are my top priorities.
Meet & Greet
The Meet and Greet is a free, no-pressure hangout — usually about 15–20 minutes at your home. I get to meet your dog, learn about their personality, quirks, and routine, and you get to ask me anything. It's also a chance for your pup to sniff me out and decide if I'm cool enough to hang with. No commitment required — it's just about seeing if we're a good fit.
